The Story of a Full-Time Creative Who Loves Jesus

Rafiq Jordan Nabali is a devoted follower of Christ, an award-winning filmmaker, and the founder of the film company Byrdie Productions Inc. His upbringing, along with his love of the art of visual storytelling, has shaped his ability to view life and the character of God from unique perspectives. He believes that storytelling is one of the most powerful forms of communication and often uses it as a tool to point listeners to God’s unrivaled goodness. Rafiq desires to provide candid, creative glimpses of the human experience, through public speaking, spoken word poetry, and filmmaking in ways that anyone from any background can empathize with, in hopes that all may taste and see that the Lord is good.

Namely, the several years I spent looking for purpose. I filled out numerous applications, hoping some corporate executive would give me a chance to show how creative and valuable I could be. After years of searching for the job of my dreams, I felt led to create it. What I do now is use my creativity to inspire others to live a life they love. We, and yes, I gratefully do mean we, aim to equip and encourage the next generation of faithful creatives. So that everyone who seeks to be brave in their art and bold in their faith can do so unapologetically.
